Airport & Transportation:     We have extensive experience in the many unique workings of the various airports here in south Florida.  We  will make your guest's first impression of our fine state a welcoming one!  We greet everyone with a smile, and will accompany them through the process; from collecting their bags, then escorting them to their awaiting vehicle, and will dispatch them and advise the hotel of their pending arrival.  We partner only with the best transportation companies, providing you with the newest vehicles with state-of-the-art communication. 

For any off-property function, whether a daytime or evening event, all group vehicles (vans and higher) are equipped with a staff person to ride with your group, ensuring their needs are met and anticipated.

Daytime Activities & Staffing:     Need local experienced hospitality staff?  Look no further!  We have a long roster of true professionals that can assist your staff & guests with any local information they may require.  Each will bring all collateral material, incident report, local maps, etc., to assist your guests in whatever they may need.  They are your personal concierge!  If you need daytime activities for your guest's enjoyment, we know the best of the best.  From walking tours, to historic boat excursions, to deep sea fishing, south Florida is perfect for your guest's enjoyment.

Evening Functions:     If you are planning an off property evening function(s), we will fit your needs to the perfect off property venue.  We have a long list of yacht charters, private mansions, unique venues, museums, and little-known spots from all over the tri-county area.  Need a dine-a-round?  Great!  We will orchestrate all aspects from restaurant reservations, to menu options, and billing.
